Krishnas Infinite Wisdom Introduction

In this article entitled Krishnas Infinite Wisdom we will discuss the relationship of Krishna with the Christ Consciousness in the Bible and see that both are talking about the infinite nature of spirit that resides in each of us.

Krishnas Infinite Wisdom Scripture Analysis

Gita 4: 6.  I have no beginning.  Though I am imperishable, as well as Lord of all that exists, yet by My own will and power do I manifest Myself.

Krishna has no beginning = on enlightenment we realise we have never been born, have never died and have no beginning and no end.

Imperishable = spirit cannot die or fade.

I manifest myself through will = incarnates to help spirituality grow that has been forgotten as indicated by the next verses.

Gita 4: 7.  Whenever spirituality decays and materialism is rampant, then, O Arjuna, I reincarnate Myself!

Times when spirituality of mankind is at a low ebb.

Gita 4: 8.  To protect the righteous, to destroy the wicked and to establish the kingdom of God, I am reborn from age to age.

Krishna comes to elevate the spirituality of mankind

Here we look at reincarnation and the need to not go through this cycle any more:

Gita 4: 9.  He who realises the divine truth concerning My birth and life is not born again; and when he leaves his body, he becomes one with Me.

Christianity is the only religion in the world that being born again is a positive thing and the reason is that they don’t understand its meaning. Christ never went to his disciples and said you must be born again; he went to religious people to say it.

We need to understand the link between the macrocosm (Cosmos) and the microcosm (us).

The sun is reborn on dec 25th, the time of the winter solstice and it starts life anew. It is born out of the constellation Virgo (see the article in the astrology section). In the solar plexus, the place of the sun, the kundalini rises up and touches the pineal gland through the virgin consciousness of meditation.Such are the macrocosm and microcosm linked. Once we understand that what has happened to Krishna needs to happen inside of us, we have no need to be born again and we are free from the reincarnation cycle.

We become one with him and the eternal and free from a physical birth. What does the bible say about this:

John 14: 20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.

23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

Christ and the Father will dwell inside of us. There is never one statement in the bible when jesus said to his disciples you need to be born again.

Jesus told Nicodemus (a leader of the Jews) that he needed to be born again because he had no spiritual life.

John 3: 1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:

John 3: 7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

Jesus goes on to say:

8 .The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

9. Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be?

10 .Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?

Even though he is master of religion Nicodemus knows nothing of the nature of spirit.

When your body dies its spirit eventually reincarnates into another. Jesus states below that since Nicodemus does not believe in earthly reincarnation, he will not believe him on spiritual matters even though Jesus has testified through experience it is so.

11. Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.

12. If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?

The next verse has Jesus describing the raising of the kundalini in the wilderness of meditation:

14. And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:

When he dies (Leaves his body)

This is similar to:

John 17: 21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us:

Here again individuality is lost in the oneness of God WITHIN. This union with God is further explored in the book of John:

John 6: 57 As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.

Eateth me = an eastern expression to take him within.

John 9: 9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

Christ is the door. When we are initiated into the light and sound meditation we go into Christ consciousness on the astral plane. It is the doorway to within and from there we meditate upon finer and finer energies that eventually merge us with the father.

John 14: 6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

The above refer to the same ‘ME’ that Krishna refers to:

Now we go back to the Bhagavad Gita:

Gita 4: 10.  Many have merged their existence in Mine, being freed from desire, fear and anger, filled always with Me and purified by the illuminating flame of self-abnegation.

self-abnegation = self-denial. Austerities of the spiritual path in keeper our lower nature in check.

Again we have the process of merging with the higher self.

Freedom from fear = when one dwells in Christ consciousness. The bible says something similar:

1st John 4: 18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

Perfect love = not of a worldly origin but found inside in the higher realms of spirit.

Cast out fear = there is no death or fear when one has merged with the infinite. We have no limits.

He that feareth is not made perfect in love = refers to earthly love. It does not touch the soul in the same way as ‘perfect love’ and so our fear and limited consciousness remain. We have not conquered death.

With regard to anger:

Proverbs 21: 14 A gift in secret pacifieth anger: and a reward in the bosom strong wrath.

Gift in secret = stillness in meditation is the secret gift from the Christ light within you.

Gita 4: 11.  Howsoever men try to worship Me, so do I welcome them.  By whatever path they travel, it leads to me at last.

This talks about the ultimate goal of merging with Krishna

Worship = to honour and respect.

Gita 4: 12.  Those who look for success, worship the Powers; and in this world their actions bear immediate fruit.

Powers = the Kingdom of God within you. If we respect our spiritual path then we get ‘immediate fruit’ or reward from meditation IN THIS LIFE and we don’t have to wait until we die lie traditional religion such as Christianity tells us.

The Bible agrees in:

Mathew: 12: 27 He is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living: ye therefore do greatly err.

Greatly err = you make a big mistake (if you think of him as a God of the Dead). He is a God for the living, but then ultimately death is an illusion.

Gita 4: 13.  The four divisions of society (the wise, the soldier, the merchant, the labourer) were created by Me, according to the natural distribution of Qualities and instincts.  I am the author of them, though I myself do no action, and am changeless.

gita-4 divisions-of-society-wiseman-soldier-merchant-laborer

The 4 divisions of society represent our 4 fold nature

Wise = spirit

Soldier = emotional (heart is aligned to fighting for their country)

Merchant = intellect

Labourer = physical

Natural distribution of qualities = a natural process of genetic engineering and divine entrance. There is no divine intervention to have a specific plan or incarnation for a set incarnation but every lifetime will give us a learning opportunity.

Qualities = that inner thing that moves within you..Its not actions as such, it’s why you do what you do.

I am the author of them, though I myself do no action, and am changeless = all things come from Krishna and have their birth in him although God does not touch creation and takes no part in it.

Gita 4: 14.  My actions do not fetter me, nor do I desire anything that they can bring.  He who thus realises Me is not enslaved by action.

Fetter = restrain. In meditation there are no limits. When we realise the nature of Krishna within us we move freely in accordance to the universal flow of life. We realise our true nature is changeless and beyond action as stated in the previous verse. Thus knowing that we shall always exist, ever changeless and beyond duality, in our worldly life we can just flow in harmony with nature.
