Do psychological problems occur only in the coloured universe or do they include levels beyond buddhi?

In the non-coloured universe perhaps ‘no’ identities exist and thus no ‘problems’.

And yet does not everything come from those ‘levels beyond’ and thus in their manifestation show some ‘tension’ in those levels beyond that is looking for release and resolution.

Are problems just points of tension/ interaction to the laminar flow of energy from beyond buddhi to the resistance provided by the personality and its environments? And is there not resistance throughout all levels of consciousness of some degree in order to produce their existence?
